Devin Desktop is Cognition's desktop app and the new name for Windsurf. It keeps the IDE and adds a command center for local and cloud agents, including Devin. Cognition says existing Windsurf plans, extensions, and settings carry over in the update.

Free. Pro is $20/month. Max is $200/month. Teams is $80/month plus $40/month per full seat. Enterprise is custom. Cognition says renaming Windsurf to Devin Desktop does not change your current plan price.
