Notion

Docs and wikis, with Notion AI on the pages you already have.

Notion is a workspace for documents, databases, and wikis. Notion AI can draft, summarize, and answer from the pages in a workspace. The free plan covers individual use. AI access depends on the current Notion plan.

Why this rank

The specs and notes are already in Notion for a lot of teams. The AI that can see those pages beats a chat that cannot.

Best for

Team notes, specs, and wikis.

Pricing

Free plan for individuals. Paid plans add collaboration and, depending on the current packaging, Notion AI. See notion.com/pricing before you assume AI is included.

Before you commit

  • AI answers are only as current as the pages in the workspace.
  • The free plan is not the full team or AI product.
